Each month, the series pairs a distinguished wine partner with a bespoke four-course dining experience by Executive Chef Charlie Song, showcasing the finest Victorian produce alongside expertly matched wines.

With canapés on arrival and immersive storytelling woven throughout the evening, guests can slow down, connect and savour a truly memorable occasion. Furthermore, the experience offers a unique opportunity to discover exceptional wines in one of Melbourne’s most iconic heritage settings.

 

AUGUST FEATURE: TALTARNI WINES

On Friday 28 August, discover Taltarni, one of the pioneering wineries of Victoria’s renowned Pyrenees wine region. Established in 1969, Taltarni is celebrated for its exceptional cool-climate wines. Its portfolio ranges from méthode traditionnelle sparkling wines to elegant reds and whites that express the distinctive character of the region.

Throughout the evening, the winery ambassador will guide guests through each pairing. Guests will also discover stories of the vineyard, Pyrenees terroir and craftsmanship behind Taltarni’s award-winning portfolio. Additionally, this exclusive experience offers an elevated opportunity to explore the rich history and distinctive character of one of Victoria’s most respected wineries.
