Hosted at Alluvial Restaurant beneath the hotel’s soaring glass atrium, the Heritage & Vine Dinner Series brings together acclaimed wineries, thoughtfully curated menus and the rich history of the heritage-listed Rialto and Winfield buildings.
Each month, a distinguished wine partner is paired with a bespoke four-course dining experience by Executive Chef Charlie Song, designed to showcase the finest Victorian produce alongside expertly matched wines. With canapés on arrival, live music and immersive storytelling woven throughout the evening, guests are invited to slow down, connect and savour a truly memorable occasion.
The series opens on 31 July with Victoria’s renowned Best’s Wines, introducing the first chapter with carefully paired wines and stories from the people behind each pour.
