Curated by Executive Chef Charlie Song, the menu celebrates Australia’s rich culinary landscape. From Tasmanian smoked salmon on brioche with finger lime to classic buttermilk scones with Yarra Valley strawberry jam, sustainable honey and lemon myrtle double cream, each treat is a masterpiece of both tradition and creativity.

Available every Friday and Saturday from 12:30pm to 2:30pm for $99 per person and includes a glass of Champagne.
