Alluvial’s Friday Steak Frites Special

With winter bidding us a fond farewell, we thought we’d extend the winter season in the best way we know, through wholesome, hearty and healthy winter-inspired dishes, including a Friday Steak Frites special, but without the cold breeze.

Available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and 24 hour inroom dining, our new seasonal menu features hearty Seafood Laksa, Osso Bucco, Pumpkin Ravioli and a tangy BiBimBab, an Asian twist added from Korean Chef, Ian Lee.

Steak Frites Fridays
Every Friday from 12pm-3pm, Alluvial offers a Friday special, Steak Frites Fridays. A very popular dish served in traditional brasseries throughout Europe, Alluvial’s Steak and Frites special features a tender eye of rump fillet served with choice of either red wine jus or béarnaise sauce, with a side of smokey paprika fries. Wash it all down with either a glass of Stella Artois beer or Shiraz wine.

Seafood Laksa
Choose a wholesome Seafood Laksa, served with creamy coconut spicy soup, rice noodles, fresh mixed seafood, bean sprouts and coriander.

Osso Bucco
Or choose a hearty option with the Osso Bucco served with braised veal shin, buttery mashed potatoes, sauteed swiss chard and sweet potato chips.

Pumpkin Ravioli
The vegetarians in the room can choose the Pumpkin Ravioli filled with roasted pumpkin and almond, wilted spinach, sautéed zucchini topped with gorgonzola butter sauce.

BiBimBab
A traditional Korean dish, inspired by Alluvial’s Korean Chef Ian Lee, served with shiitake mushrooms, carrot, daikon and bean sprouts, with sushi rice, topped with a fried egg and kochujang sauce.

Super Salad
Not your plain leaf salad, opt for the Super Salad filled with grains and vegetables. Prepared with wild rice and quinoa, a medley of roasted vegetables, wild rocket, grilled halloumi and dressed with basil.
