Showcasing over 150 whiskies, proudly one of the largest in Melbourne, Market Lane Bar will be serving premium whiskey tasting flights showcased from Scotland, Japan and Ireland and a Signet and Sweet premium pairing with Glenmorangie scotch and Koko Black chocolates.
Market Lane Bar’s whisky flights offer a premium whiskey tasting experience that takes guests on a sensory journey through their distillery, country and style. Three premium whiskies are served in delicate 15mls whisky flights and come accompanied with descriptor cards to further enhance your tasting experience.

THE GLENMORANGIE TASTE – Glenmorangie are considered pioneers of extra maturation in wine casks and that is on full display with this tasting flight. Each of the selected whiskies has been aged in bourbon barrels for 10yrs and spends a further 2yrs of extra maturation in wine barrels.
A TASTE OF SMOKE – Experience the beloved effects of peat & smoke with this exceptional selection of peated single malt scotch whiskies. The bold peat lays a strong foundation for the complex and delicate flavours that will have you savouring every drop.
A TASTE OF SCOTLAND – Three distinct drops from three renowned whisky regions in Scotland. Each of the selected single malt whiskies really speak of place and represent its respective region very well. A great way to try different regional whisky styles and discover their unique flavour characteristics.
AN IRISH TASTE – This selection of Irish whiskey’s holds true to the Irish style of triple distillatio.
JAPANESE TRIFECTA – It is time to deep dive into the phenomena that is Japanese whisky with this Suntory Trifecta. Mizunara oak imparts a full bodied richness and complexity of flavour to give that Japanese style that is world renowned.

Signet and Sweet Scotch Whiskey:
This winter, Glenmorangie partners with Koko Black to bring the whisky experience to the next level, highlighting the iconic Glenmorangie signet, the first whisky to be made from roasted barley.
The Signet and Sweet pairing includes a glass of the iconic Glenmorangie signet served alongside three signature Koko Black delicacies, a spicy dark chocolate ganache, a dark chocolate-dipped candied orange and a cafe latte square.
