InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto is excited to be hosting the return of “From Valley to River” on Friday 16th August 2019, featuring Four Pillars Gin and Payten & Jones Wines.
We’ve reunited the perfect match, bringing two of the Yarra Valley’s best to the city. Payten & Jones’ edgy wines and Four Pillars craft gins will be exquisitely teamed with four delicious food courses designed to make your palate dance.
This one off ticketed event will be hosted by Cameron Mackenzie, Co Founder and Distiller at Four Pillars Gin and wine makers Behn Payten and Troy Jones in the soaring atrium of Alluvial restaurant. The evening will start with pre-dinner canapes and a Four Pillars Gin cocktail, followed by a four course degustation menu curated by Chef Ian Lee, recently nominated for Chef of the Year 2019 by Tourism Accommodation Australia, alongside expertly matched with Payten & Jones wines. A post-dinner Four Pillars Gin cocktail will be the perfect night cap to what is set to be an incredible night.
