Winter Night Market – 6 June to 29 August
Each Wednesday from 5pm to 10pm
The iconic Queen Victoria Night Market is open late each Wednesday this winter. The perfect midweek night out for you and your foodie friends, enjoy live music and entertainment, food trucks and speciality stalls. Think hot drinks and roaring open fires whilst sampling food from all corners of the globe. From mulled wine and smoked meats to the renowned pizzas at 400 Gradi, there is something for every tummy.
The Fire Garden – 1 June to 30 September
A local winter pop-up located along the Yarra River just a short walk from the hotel. The Common Man’s The Fire Garden will be a cosy home of live music, craft beer sessions, unique dinners and speciality tastings, with a bespoke James Squire inspired menu highlighting the use of smokers and rotisserie. Rug up in a snug blanket in front of an open fire with a glass of mulled cider or wine, what’s not to love about winter!

NGV Friday Nights – 15 June to 5 October
Each Friday from 6pm to 10pm.
Spend a Friday night in New York with the NGV. This years’ winter masterpieces exhibition comes directly from the Museum of Modern Art in New York. MoMA at NGV: 130 Years of Modern and Contemporary Art features over 200 works by names you know such as Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, Jackson Pollock and many more. Plus, NGV Friday Nights adds live music care of the Melbourne International Jazz Festival, New York inspired bars and dining and late-night exhibition access.
The Wizard of Oz – Currently running until 29 July

The songs you know and love, brought to life with beautiful sets and costumes. This Andrew Lloyd Webber Production stars Lucy Durack (Wicked, Legally Blonde), Anthony Warlow (The Phantom and the Opera, My Fair Lady), Jemma Rix (Wicked) and Samantha Dodemaide and also features new songs by Tim Rice and Andrew Llyod Webber.
