InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto is proud to announce Chief Concierge James Ridenour has been elected 3rd Vice President of Les Clefs d’Or International at their recently held congress in Cannes, France.
Les Clefs d’Or is an international professional association for hotel concierges with over 4,000 members located in over 80 countries and 536 locations around the world.
This is truly an outstanding recognition for James and the hotel. James previously held the title of General Secretary Les Clefs d’Or International and has been Chief Concierge at InterContinental Melbourne for over 10 years.
James is a member of InterContinental Hotels and Resorts Concierge Advisory Committee and has been the winner of the Tourism Accommodation Australia Victorian Front Office and Concierge Employee of the Year as well at the HM Magazine’s Concierge of the Year.
