Alluvial Restaurant is named after Alluvial gold deposits in honour of the gold rush, when Melbourne was the richest city in the world. Alluvial means unconsolidated soil or sediment that has been eroded, reshaped  by water, playing homage to Melbourne’s gold rush.

Service is exceptional and food is a marvel. Good selection of wine to choose from. Atmosphere is very warm and romantic. Highly recommended for couples. Reservation can be done online via their website which is very convenient.
