Degustation-style High Tea experience

Hosted in the sun-drenched Alluvial atrium, your intimate high tea dining experience will be accompanied with a glass of delicate Perrier-Jouet Champagne or a deconstructed Champagne Cocktail

A progression of late lunch into afternoon tea, enjoy traditional sandwiches, a selection of buttermilk and fruit scones and a choice of main course served to your table on exquisite Noritake China. You will then be treated to the decadent Rialto Precinct Dessert Trolley, featuring heavenly cakes from the kitchens of renowned local venues such as Vue de Monde, Le Petit Gateau and Merchant.

Express Lunch Conference Menu

Enjoy our seasonal two course express lunch menu which features fresh, local produce and is inspired by Melbourne’s multicultural melting pot.

Groups of 20 and under will be served lunch in Alluvial Restaurant, which is nestled under the soaring glass atrium between the two historic wings of the hotel.

Available for groups of 20 and above based on restaurant availability. Included in our full or half day delegate packages.
