Placed beneath a grand glass atrium, Alluvial is the perfect setting to sample an international breakfast buffet, explore the comfort-filled all day dining menu, or simply savour a coffee brew or fine wine. Burberry High Tea
Set against the backdrop of Melbourne’s storied heritage, the Burberry High Tea is an immersive experience that celebrates the best of British culture, fashion and gastronomy. Crafted in collaboration with French pastry chef Pierrick Boyer of Rêverie Cafe, this exclusive high tea is available every Friday to Sunday throughout the month of May and June.
$125 per person including a glass of G.H. Mumm Champagne.

Nestled between the two wings of the hotel, Alluvial restaurant and Bluestone lounge bar can be transformed into a memorable event space. In total Alluvial holds up to 120 seats or 200 cocktail-style, while Bluestone fits up to 100 guests.
