The Bluestone Boom:
Once accommodation has been booked, its time to take advantage of the hotel’s special offers. The Bluestone Boom, happy hour is available every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 5.30pm-6.30pm in Bluestone Wine Lounge, located on the lower level of the hotel. An 1880’s take on the standard Happy Hour, “The Bluestone Boom” happy hour features Mumm Petit Cordon at $8.50, Espresso Martinis at $13, Stella Artois at $7.50, House Wines at $7.50 and a featured monthly 19th century classic cocktail.

Mysterious Cocktail Potions menu:
Are you a Harry Potter fan? Now brewing in Market Lane Bar, to celebrate Harry Potter and the Cursed Child play coming to Melbourne the team of mixologists have created a range of cocktail potions even “He Who Must Not Be Named” would be weary to try. Potions include the Headmaster’s Lemon Sherbet Sour $16, The Rialto Butter-Craft-Beer $16, Dark Magic Martini $16, Green Mayhem Brew $16 and the classic Love Potion” $16. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic options available.
Bookings not required, available every Monday – Saturday evenings in Market Lane Bar from 4.30pm.

Whiskey Flights:
Or are you a whiskey fan? Market Lane Bar’s whisky flight selections offer an indulgent experience that gives guests a sneak peek into a selection of 3 different whiskies from a particular distillery, country or style. Each tasting flight is served with 15mls of each whisky paired with descriptor cards to enhance your tasting experience. All whiskey flights have been selectively chosen to suit a defined whiskey palate.

The Clarke Sisters’ High Tea:
Available every Saturday and Sunday from 12.30pm, The Clarke Sisters’ High Tea is our luxury high tea with an 1880’s twist.
Enjoy 4 courses including traditional sandwiches, a selection of buttermilk and fruit scones and a choice of main course served to your table on exquisite Noritake China. As the big finale, you will then be treated to a decadent Rialto Precinct Dessert Trolley, featuring heavenly cakes from the kitchens of renowned local venues such as Vue de Monde, Le Petit Gateau and Merchant.
Hosted in the sun-drenched Alluvial atrium, the intimate dining experience will be accompanied with a delicate deconstructed Champagne Cocktail at $99 per person, or feel free to choose free flowing, bottomless Perrier-Jouet Champagne at $149 per person.

White Night Melbourne:
From Thursday 22 – Saturday 24 August, experience Melbourne come to life from 7pm. Melbourne’s iconic cultural institutions will be open for extended hours during White Night Reimagined, including National Gallery of Victoria, State Library Victoria, Melbourne Museum and Arts Centre Melbourne, Birrarung Marr, Treasury Gardens and Carlton Gardens will all come to life with special lighting effects, music and food. All the activity will be taking place in the Melbourne CBD and surrounds and our prestigious and central CBD location will ensure you are in the center of it all.

Australian Boomers VS USA Basketball:
Also from Thursday 22 – Saturday 24 August, the biggest names in world basketball will square off at Marvel Stadium when the Australian Boomers host USA Basketball. For basketball fans, a once in a lifetime opportunity to see the USA’s best battle it out with Australia’s local heroes in this important pre-FIBA World Cup series. This promises to be the biggest sporting event of the year held at Marvel Stadium, located 10 minutes away from our prestigious Collins street address via tram.
