Choose from our range of classes, including:
Pilates: Strengthen your body from the inside out. A core-centric, low-impact workout to balance your body and achieve symmetrical strength. We focus on control, alignment, flexibility and coordination through traditional yet challenging exercises on the Mat. A great introduction to Pilates for newcomers or just a great workout for Pilates regulars.
Yoga: Sweat and Flow Yoga is a non stop dynamic class which blends smart sequencing, upbeat tunes and an emphasis on the breath that will leave you feeling grounded and energised. The class has no fancy poses and progressions / regressions will be included to allow for beginners through to advanced.
Boxing: A resistance-based circuit dedicated to the three most popular target areas. The class strengthens, defines and tones the biceps, glutes and abs. The classes are high energy 45 minute circuit based sessions and you will certainly feel the burn. All levels
Group Fitness Timetable
All classes run for 45 minutes and are held on the hotel’s fitness and leisure area located on level 10.
Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before each class commences. Mats and towels provided for all guests, bookings are not required.
