Can we have our photos taken at the hotel?
Absolutely. Both pre and post ceremony photos can be arranged, just chat to our wedding consultants.

Can we have a band or DJ at our wedding?
Of course but bear in mind we’ve got some noise restrictions.

Can we choose the venue for our reception?
We want you to have the perfect day and that includes picking the ideal venue. Each of our reception rooms has a different minimum guest requirement that will help guide you to the best choice for your big day. 

Do you have recommended suppliers for wedding services or can we use our own?
With the exception of catering, you are more than welcome to arrange your own. We do have a number of recommended florists and cake designers if you need a hand.

Can we have a menu tasting prior to the wedding?
A menu tasting for two is included in our wedding package so you can design the perfect menu for your big day.

Can we select our own menu?
Our brilliant chefs and allocated wedding consultants are here to help you select and customise a menu so you can have your wedding, your way.

Can you cater for special dietary requirements and children’s meals?
With notice, all dietary requirements can be accommodated. Some may incur additional charges but we’ll let you know before anything is finalised.

Can we upgrade our accommodation from the option included in our package?
All wedding packages include accommodation for two in one of our impressively appointed Signature Suites, however you’re more than welcome to upgrade to an Iconic Suite at the time of your booking.

Can we arrange early check in and/or late check out?
We can arrange early check in from 8am to prepare for your day in style in our powder room. Additionally, a late check-out of 2pm can be arranged too.

Is parking available on site?
Absolutely. For yours and your guests’ convenience, valet parking is available. Your appointed wedding consultant can help organise this for you.
